You can use the ArdoCARE Website / Apps both with and without registering. Data Storage
ArdoCARE will be storing your personal data for 10 years, ensuring adequate data protection and security for your personal data through this entire period.

Deleting Your Data
If your data are no longer required for the aforementioned purposes, we will delete them. Completed tasks will remain stored and will be marked “Completed” in the database. If you delete your account, we will also delete all data completely from your account. Data you have entered in lists belonging to third parties will remain in existence as these are part of third party accounts. If data has to be retained for statutory reasons, these will be blocked and will then no longer be available for any further use.
Newsletter
ArdoCARE provides a newsletter service free of charge. We use the newsletter to inform you about new products / services and send you general information about ArdoCARE. We need your email address in order to send you the newsletter. You can enter your email address on ArdoCARE Website / Apps. We will store and use your email address solely to send you the newsletter.
Of course you can unsubscribe the newsletter at any time. Every newsletter contains the information on how you can unsubscribe the newsletter with effect for the future.
Accessing, correcting, and updating your information.
You may at any time request access to the personally identifiable information that ArdoCARE has collected about you and you may request corrections or updates to that information. ArdoCARE will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly to all such requests, but reserves the right to limit such requests.

- To request us to rectify or erase your personal data or restrict our processing of your personal data or object to such processing.
- To request from ArdoCARE copies of your personal data undergoing processing. If you make the request by electronic means and unless you request otherwise, we shall provide the information in a commonly used electronic form.
- To not be the subject of a decision based exclusively on automatic data processing.
- To not have your personal data transferred to third party countries.
- To obtain from ArdoCARE restriction of processing where one of the following applies:
- you contest the accuracy of the personal data we processed, for a period that would enable us to verify the accuracy of your personal data;
- the processing is unlawful, and you oppose the erasure of your personal data and request the restriction of its use instead;
- ArdoCARE no longer needs your personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you require us to keep it for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
In short, you can ask us to share with you, adjust, delete or keep the information we have about you for more than 10 years.
You can withdraw at any time your consent to have your personal information processed and stored by ArdoCARE by sending us a consent withdrawal at office@ardocare.com.
